When we pick up your order, our driver will weigh it and update your account.  You will receive a notifcation of the invoice by email and text message.​  Payment can be made by credit card, and we require payment in full prior to delivery of orders. 

Sometimes we have to update the pricing of an order once we have received it at our facility if items were not accounted for at the time of placing the order.  For example, if a comforter was included in the order pick up, but was not indicated by the client at the time of placing the order.  In this case, our staff would weigh and price the clothing on its own, and the comforter as a separate item per our pricing policy.  When this occurs, the client's account invoice will be updated and sent by email for payment.

We require all invoices to be settled prior to delivery.
