Schedule Your Pickup
Select the number of pounds you estimate your laundry weighs, and the specific service options you want. You will be directed next to schedule your pickup.
We Collect Your Laundry
On the scheduled day, our driver arrives to collect your laundry. No need to be home—just leave your bag at the agreed spot. If you live in an apartment or condo building, we'll need your unit number and buzzer code.
You’ll receive a confirmation notification once your laundry is picked up and on its way to our facility.
We will also weigh your order to update your order. This is when your credit card will be billed.
