1. No Liquid Bleach:

   • We do not use liquid bleach unless it is specifically requested by the customer. This helps preserve fabric integrity and minimize harsh chemical exposure.

2. Powdered Oxygenated Bleach:

   • We use powdered oxygenated bleach (such as 'OxyClean' or a similar product) to ensure the brightest whites and effective stain removal while being gentle on fabrics.

3. Cold Water Wash:

   • All laundry is washed in cold water to maintain fabric quality, reduce energy consumption, and prevent color bleeding.

4. Unscented Detergent:

   • We exclusively use unscented detergent at no additional charge to accommodate customers with skin sensitivities or allergies.

5. Natural, Eco-Friendly Fabric Softener:

   • We do not use commercial or retail fabric softeners. Instead, we use natural, eco-friendly, unscented softeners that are gentle on fabrics and safe for sensitive skin.

6. No Dryer Sheets:

   • To avoid introducing scents or triggering skin sensitivities, we do not use dryer sheets. This also aligns with our commitment to eco-friendly practices.
